Block Setup

Blogsphere uses Blocks to give users a fast interface for accessing content. Blocks can be enabled or disabled.

There is a limited number of Blocks in Blogsphere. There are two (2) center Blocks, ten (10) Block on the left and ten (10) Blocks on the right.

  • The "Center Block 0" is always being displayed on top of your web page, if enabled.
  • The "Center Block 1" is always being displayed on the botton of your web page, if enabled.
  • Important: currently the only supported Block Type for a center Block is HTML.


There are several Blogsphere Block Types available.

In the BlogSphere 2.1 template, the view entry for 'blocks' has been moved from 'resources' to 'configuration', and has been renamed 'sideblocks'.
