This problem has been reported here on [OpenNTF] and does occur in Lotus Notes 7.0 only while 6.5.x is not affected.

Update:: IBM support confirmed that this is a regression bug that affects Notes 7.0.x and Notes 6.5.5

Update 29.03.2006: A fix for this SPR will ship with versions 6.5.6 and 7.0.2
