Use Blogging software to add stories

In the setup document the end-point (URL) for the blogger API is displayed. You need to provide the username/password you will use for using the API. Important: Don not use a valuable username/password since it is transmitted unencrypted!

One succesful test for the application has been perfomed with mo:blog for PalmOS (see: http://www.tektonica.com/projects/moblog/ ).

Since the blogger.API does only transmit one block of text without defining the title or category you need to specify them in the text. So in mo:blog you would edit a text like:

<title>My first mobile blog</title> Sometimes inline markup is the solution. <category>Technology</category>

And it properly shows up.

Blogsphere currently has one catch: when using API Software you have to set your blogging default style to "Plain Text" otherwise the text won't show up in the client (for revision).
